Certificate proving the fitness to drive a vehicle (Category I and II) based on the visual acuity will be provided by the Medical Officers of the department who are post-graduates in Shalakya Tantra (Eye and ENT). The person has to be physically present before the Medical Officer with all the relevant documents and affix the signature / thumb impression in the place provided in the certificate.
