Certificate to prove that a person is still alive will be provided by the Gazetted Officers of the Department (all medical Officers and other ministerial staff above the rank of Senior Superintendent).The person has to be physically present before the Medical Officer with all the relevant documents and affix the signature / thumb impression in the place provided in the certificate.
